Users can search for offers via the platform and are redirected to the website of the respective provider in order to make inquiries or bookings. glampingoase GmbH merely acts as an intermediary. No direct contract is concluded between the user and glampingoase GmbH. Furthermore, no package tours or associated travel services are brokered. Bookings and contracts are concluded exclusively via the provider's partner site. Requests for offers are forwarded directly to the provider.
1.4 In the event of complaints or defects, the user must contact the provider with whom the booking was made directly. The provider is responsible for processing the complaint, as the contract is concluded directly between the user and the provider. Claims against glampingoase GmbH are excluded. All rights arising from this contract must be asserted directly with the third-party provider. Bookings are only permitted for persons aged 18 and over.

2.6 Access to the Platform may be temporarily deactivated or restricted for maintenance work or other purposes. Users are not entitled to constant availability of the platform.

The contractual terms and conditions of the provider are authoritative, in particular with regard to rights of revocation and withdrawal. 3.2 Disputes regarding payment processing must be resolved directly with the provider.
