• Correspondence: Kindly include your reservation number in all communication with us.
• Deposit: A security deposit is required upon arrival and must be paid via direct debit.
• Child’s Bed Linen: Bed linen is not provided for the available child’s bed. Please bring your own.
• Bed Linen: Rental of bed linen is mandatory and includes the bed-making service.
• Waste Contribution: For stays longer than one week, a local waste contribution per additional week (or part thereof) applies.
• Liability: The park is not liable for any lost or damaged property or for personal injury incurred during your stay.
• Pets: Pets are welcome upon request, as not all accommodations are pet-friendly. A maximum of 2 pets per accommodation is allowed. Please note: cats are not permitted in any of the accommodations.
• Accommodation Features: Some units of this accommodation type may include additional features. These can be selected during booking, subject to availability. Preferred or guaranteed features may incur an additional fee.
• Late Check-Out: Late check-out (until 4:00 p.m.) is available on request. Please arrange this directly with the reception during your stay.
