General Conditions
These terms apply to all offers, bookings, and agreements regarding accommodation and camping pitches, excluding other general conditions unless agreed in writing.
Reservations
Only individuals aged 18 or older can book, and the booking is confirmed upon receiving the reservation confirmation. Payments must be made within the specified timeframe, and unpaid bookings may be canceled.
Changes to Reservations
Reservation changes are not guaranteed and may incur a fee.
Prices
Prices are binding as per the reservation confirmation and include VAT. Discounts do not apply to existing bookings.
Payments
A deposit is required within two days of reservation, and full payment is due six weeks before arrival. Cancellations or no-shows will result in charges.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in and check-out times vary for camping pitches and accommodations. Late checkouts may incur additional fees.
Deposits
A deposit of €350 is required upon arrival, which covers potential damages. Any excess damage will be charged beyond the deposit.
Household Rules
Guests must follow park rules. Violations may result in removal without a refund.
Pets
Pets are allowed in certain accommodations, with a maximum of two per booking. Guests must inform the park if bringing pets and follow park guidelines.
Force Majeure
The park is not responsible for disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances like strikes or natural events.
Liability
The park is not liable for theft, damage, or injury during a guest’s stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property.
Complaints
Complaints should be reported immediately at the park reception. Unresolved issues must be documented in writing.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees vary based on the time before arrival, ranging from 15% to 100% of the total rental amount, depending on the cancellation date.
Additional Costs
Booking fees, change fees, and service charges apply, along with tourist taxes.
Photos and Videos
Guests may appear in promotional materials, and consent is implied if recognizably captured.
General
Dutch law governs all agreements, and printing errors do not bind the park.
