• Daily arrivals are allowed, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are applicable during holiday periods.
• Payment must be made in advance.
• Check-in is available from 4 p.m. On your departure day, you must vacate the house by 9:30 a.m. and return the key to the designated location where you collected it.
• If a baby cot is available, please note that it does not come with bed linen. You will need to bring your own.
• In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. You can confirm this in your booking details.
• Any overnight visitors must be registered in advance and can only stay with approval. An additional charge for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.
• Pets may be allowed in some cases, as indicated in the property details. Please inquire about this option. As a pet owner, you are responsible for your dog and must ensure it does not disturb other guests or neighbors.
• Youth groups are not permitted.
• Business bookings are available upon request.
