On the exterior, you will find yourselves surrounded by fields and vegetation where the word quietness acquires its full meaning. You can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or read a book under the thatch while melting with the environment. There, you will also find the marvelous furnished porch available for wonderful meals and barbecues outdoors, from which you will be able to revel in the views and the surroundings. The property is fenced and privacy is total. Important information
– Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
– Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 21 years old unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

– There’s a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
