The Court of Sealand (Hof van Zeeland) holiday home is situated in a lush green setting, close to the charming village of Heinkenszand. South Beveland is full of hidden gems worth discovering, with the city of Goes and over thirty villages scattered across its expansive landscape. Notable spots to explore include the quaint fishing village of Yerseke, the picturesque town of Veere, and historic cities like Goes, Zierikzee, Vlissingen, and Middelburg, as well as the scenic seaside resort of Domburg.

The holiday park offers a heated outdoor aquatic area, complete with three swimming pools, a 40-meter slide, and a separate children’s pool, all for free. Guests also have complimentary access to the subtropical swimming pool in Goes. For those looking for some fun, the park boasts numerous play facilities, including an outdoor bowling alley. The reception is available to assist with your basic needs. The stunning North Sea beaches are just a 20-minute drive away. As the Court of Sealand is located away from the busy coastal areas, guests can enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay.

Brasserie Stelleplas, located within the park, features a lovely terrace overlooking the 10-hectare Stelleplas freshwater lake. Here, you can fish for carp, bream, perch, roach, and eel (fishing licenses can be obtained at the reception). Some bungalows are situated by the waterway, offering the opportunity to fish directly from your garden! Free internet access is available, and essential items can be purchased at the reception.

• For weekend, week, and midweek reservations, you can opt to pay a preferential fee of €15, which allows you to secure specific preferences, such as a particular house number or a location near the water. Preferences can only be guaranteed for fixed arrival and departure days: Monday and Friday. This applies to all bookings for weekends, weeks, and mid-week.
• An ATM is available at the reception.
• Credit card payments (Mastercard) are accepted at the reception, but not at the catering facilities.
• Notes of €500 are not accepted within the park.
• Your accommodation will be available for use after 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Upon check-in, you will need to complete an authorization form for the deposit.
• On your departure day, you must vacate the accommodation by 10:00 am.
• Bed linen must be rented. If you have reserved a baby cot, linen will not be provided, and we ask that you bring your own.
• Hand and tea towels can be rented at the reception, or you may bring your own. A bath towel set includes one bath towel and one hand towel. The kitchen towel set includes two tea towels and one hand towel.
• Overnight visitors must be reported to the reception, and all park charges, including bed linen fees, must be settled.
• If you bring a dog, you must not leave it unattended in the rented accommodation due to the risk of damage to furniture. Even if your dog is in a crate, it cannot be left alone in the accommodation due to the possibility of noise. Pets must be kept on a leash while in the park.
• We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items, property damage, or personal injuries that may occur during your stay at Vakantiepark Hof van Zeeland.
• Barbecuing at the bungalow is allowed, provided that you follow the necessary safety measures. Open fires are not permitted.
• Some facilities may have limited availability during the low season.

• Business bookings are no longer permitted as of January 1, 2019. The accommodation is available solely for recreational purposes.
• Youth groups will be required to pay a deposit of €500 upon arrival.
