The RECRON terms and conditions for tourist stays at campsites include the following key points:
Definitions: Terms are outlined for camping spots, roles, and parties such as the entrepreneur (provider) and recreation taker (guest).
Agreement: The entrepreneur provides a temporary camping spot for recreational use, with both parties following set rules.
Payment: Payments are made in euros, with consequences for late payment, including potential cancellation.
Cancellation: Compensation fees are required depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made.
Third-party Use: The camping spot can only be used by third parties with written consent from the entrepreneur.
Evacuation: The recreation taker must vacate the spot on time, or they may be evacuated at their expense.
Liability: The entrepreneur’s liability is limited, and the recreation taker is responsible for damages caused by themselves or others.
Disputes: Disputes are resolved by an arbitration committee, with binding decisions.
Compliance Guarantee: RECRON ensures that arbitration rulings are followed by the entrepreneur.
Modifications: Changes to the terms must be made in consultation with consumer organizations like ANWB and Consumentenbond.
Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
These terms cover booking, payments, cancellations, responsibilities, and dispute resolution processes.
