• Daily arrivals are permitted, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are available during holidays.
• Payment must be made in advance.
• Check-in time is from 4 p.m. On departure day, guests must vacate the house by 9:30 a.m. and return the key to the designated location.
• Baby cots, if available, do not come with bed linen; please bring your own.
• Bed linen, bed-making service, kitchen towels, and bath towels are included as a mandatory package with your reservation.
• Overnight visitors must be registered and require approval to stay overnight, which comes with an additional charge for bed linen and tourist tax.
• Pets may be allowed as indicated in the property information; please inquire about this option. As the owner, you are responsible for your dog and must ensure that it does not disturb other guests or neighbors.
• Youth groups are not permitted.
• Business bookings are available upon request.

Please note that groups of young people under the age of 25 are not allowed.
