• Daily arrivals are permitted, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are applicable during holiday periods.
• Payment must be made in advance.
• Check-in is available from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, guests must vacate the property by 9:30 a.m. and return the key to the designated location.
• Any baby cots provided do not include bed linen; guests are required to bring their own.
• Bed linen and towels are typically provided; please check your booking for confirmation.
• Overnight visitors must be registered, and they may stay only with prior approval, which includes payment for bed linen and tourist tax.
• Pets may be allowed, as indicated in the property details. Please inquire about this option. As the pet owner, you are responsible for your dog and must ensure that it does not disturb other guests or neighbors.
• Youth groups are not permitted.
• Business bookings are available upon request.
