Reservations & Payments

• Bookings can be made online, by email, or by phone, and are confirmed only after written or system-generated approval.
• Payment is due 6 weeks before arrival.
• For last-minute bookings (within 3 weeks), payment is required on arrival or immediately online.
• A €100 deposit is required for rental units.

Cancellations

• It must be made in writing to the campsite.
• 30+ days before arrival: €25 cancellation fee
• 8-29 days before: 75% of the booking total (minimum €50)
• 7 days or less, or no-show: 100% charged
• Cancellations without a valid reason may incur a 30% fee.

Arrival & Departure

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out (pitches): by 10:00 AM
• Check-out (rentals): by 12:00 PM
• Guests must register at check-in; all visitors must also report to reception.

Payment Methods

• Accepted: Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
• Cheques are not accepted
• All prices include VAT and services but may be subject to change due to government decisions or regional events.

Discounts

• ABVV members may receive 10-25% off accommodation rates with valid proof of membership.
• Discounts cannot be combined or applied to promotional rates.

On-Site Rules & Amenities

• Pets are welcome (except at Floreal La Roche 2) and must be kept on a leash
• Campsites are accessible for guests with reduced mobility
• Electricity and annual charges may fluctuate depending on market rates
• Wi-Fi and a restaurant are available on-site
• Free parking is provided
• Bed and bath linens are not included – bring your own or inquire about rentals
• Communal sanitary facilities are heated, clean, and well-maintained
• Youth groups and parties are not allowed
