Outside this property, you will find a chlorine pool 4 m long by 2,40 m wide and 1,20 m deep. Parking space for 4 cars. Sunbathing area and an outside table where you can enjoy the natural landscape of the surroundings. Partial privacy as there are neighbors nearby. Important information
– Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
– Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years old unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
– Pets are not allowed.
– The holding of events is forbidden.
– There is exterior parking for 4 cars.
– There are parking spaces for 1 car in the garage.
– There’s a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay
