The property features 2700 m2 around the house and a pool area with a forest and Mediterranean garden. The chlorine 7 x 5 metres pool has a depth of 1.8 to 2.2 meters. You will find an area with 6 sun loungers to relax sunbathing by the pool. A mobile gas barbecue is available so that you can cook outdoors. There is a wide variety of fruit trees in the garden, like orange trees, fig-trees, and medlar trees,…that you can taste when it is their season. In front of the house, there is a terrace with a thatched roof, furnished with a table and chairs as well as a sofa in a chill-out way.
