• Holding events is prohibited.
• There is outdoor parking available for 2 cars.
• A mandatory tourist tax, known as Ecotasa, applies in the Balearic Islands. All guests, except those under 16 years of age, are required to pay this tax. The amount ranges from 0.55€/night per guest during the low season to 2.2€/night per guest during the high season. From the 9th day of your stay, the tax is reduced by half.
• Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with information regarding the mandatory general deposit payment. The deposit must be paid via credit card using a secure link within 24 hours of receiving the email.
