This charming farmhouse is nestled in a private yard on the edge of the breathtaking Reestdal Nature Reserve, located in the southern part of Drenthe. The reserve is bordered by the villages of Dedemsvaart, Balkbrug, and Zuidwolde. Here, you can soak in expansive views and experience an atmosphere of tranquility and space. Every detail has been taken care of to ensure you have a relaxing and comfortable stay. There are plenty of scenic walking and cycling routes right from your doorstep. Even if you prefer a more laid-back vacation, the farmhouse offers a perfect environment to unwind, whether it’s on the (partly covered) terrace or gathered around the cozy wood stove. The surrounding area offers a wide selection of cycling and walking paths. After a day of adventure, you can relax in the sauna or visit the nearby beauty center, just 2 kilometers away. The property is located within the picturesque Reestdal Nature Reserve, close to the villages of Zuidwolde, Balkbrug, and Dedemsvaart in southern Drenthe. With restaurants and a sauna nearby, it’s a great destination for both relaxation and outdoor activities. Children can enjoy a fun pancake meal at the local Pannenkoekenhuis. Within 5 kilometers, you’ll find several supermarkets, public swimming pools, restaurants, and charming shopping streets.

The house is designed for 6 adults and 2 children and cannot accommodate 8 adults. If more than 6 guests stay, there is an additional charge of €10 per person per night. Groups of young people are not allowed, and adult groups under 30 must pay a €50 deposit per person, except for families.

Linen:
Linen is not provided, but a linen package (including bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels) is available for €20 per person per stay. If bringing your own, please check the bed sizes in advance. A camping cot and high chair for babies are available.

Firewood:
Dry firewood for the wood-burning stove is available. If bringing your own, please ensure it is properly dried for better and cleaner burning.

Young groups and parties are not permitted.
The property is not suitable for pets.
